Below is brief description of our recent assignments
This project is part of the Ghana Productive Safety Net Project (GPSNP 2) which aims to benefit poorest households in all regions of Ghana by providing cash transfers to 350,000 households through the LEAP program, reaching 60,000 beneficiaries through the LIPW program; and supporting 35,000 beneficiaries through PI activities to enhance the income-generating potential of poor and vulnerable households. The assignment is expected to produce a detailed Needs Assessment, based on a clear framework and methodology that will inform the roll out of economic inclusion programming in urban areas.

Summary
This evaluation is being conducted to assess AGRA’s compliance with the Project Agreement and establish the extent to which key program activities and processes are (or not) leading to the achievement of the intended outputs, outcomes and goal. It is also being conducted to check conformity of AGRA’s grant projects with the environmental and social as well as human right aspects as stipulated in the project’s Separate Agreement and to confirm whether additional risks exist that are not covered by the systems in place. Evaluation is expected to provide AGRA with recommendations on strategic actions that need to be taken to improve implementation and ensure sustainability of outcomes and institutionalization of key lessons learnt.
