Dr. Yaw Bonsu Osei-Asare is an experienced evaluator and agricultural expert, in particular of the
oil palm production chain (including palm oil milling). Based in Ghana, he has over 15 years of experience in evaluating agricultural development projects, and also participated in the mid-term evaluation of the SWAPP II programme.

Yaw has a proven expertise and deep knowledge of agricultural value chains and has ample experience
as evaluator of agricultural and private sector development programmes with an access to finance component. He holds a PhD in Agriculture from the Centre for Development Research (University of Bonn).
