Mr Kwaku Owusu Afriyie (MSc) has more than 15 years of experience in the evaluations of international programmes.
He led evaluations, M&E projects and training, capacity building of programme partners and country offices promoting partnership and involvement of the private sector. He has facilitated the development of tools and integration of monitoring and evaluation frameworks into projects as well as gathering and sharing of lessons learned using a mixture of methodologies. Kwaku has experience in conducting evaluations that involves children and also in the use of children friendly evaluation methodologies.
He recently executed the Mid Term Evaluation of the NBU project in Ghana (implemented by SOS), The I play, I learn, I am safe project in Bangladesh and Ethiopia (Implemented by Save the Children) and several other evaluations including Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs evaluations on 2Scale, FNS, SWAPP, CORIP, Hortifresh and AGRA KWF funded.
Kwaku has worked in several countries within the Africa continent.
Kwaku holds a Master of Science degree in International Development (University of Amsterdam) and also an Advanced MSc in International Development (Radboud University, The Netherlands).
