Short Term Expert (Monitoring and Evaluation) Technical Assistance to support Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) and Rwanda TVET Board (RTB) to implement the Hanga Hubs and the Market Skills4Tourism Projects
The overall objective of this assignment is to strengthen the institutional capacities of MS4T and Hanga Hubs project teams in the short, medium and long term in order for RTB and RISA to properly implement the MS4T / Ubukerarugendo Imbere and Hanga projects respectively.
The specific objective of this TA is to help RTB and RISA for strengthening their monitoring and evaluation systems and practices and generate evidence-based feedback for program planning and policy formulation.
