Rebecca Annankra is an experienced researcher with deep understanding of gender and human rights issues in research and development. She has been a key member of several evaluation teams where she has served as a gender advisor. In such evaluations which as advice on the gender appropriateness of the collection methods and tools and contributed to the gender aspect of the entire evaluation. She also has extensive experience in coordinating data collection, monitoring and in supervising data collection teams.
Rebecca is self-motivated person with key strengths in community mobilization and participatory methodologies demonstrated in transferring knowledge and skills aimed at promoting community development.
Rebecca possess qualitative, quantitative research skills and relevant skills in report writing, training facilitation and advocacy. She also have strong leadership and group dynamics skills as well a strong oral and written communication skills and able to build a good rapport with people at all levels.
